Town Bank & Wintrust Mortgage Welcome John Pelletter

Madison, WI. – Wintrust Mortgage is pleased to welcome John Pelletter as Senior Mortgage Consultant effective February 1st, 2010. He will operate out of Town Bank, located at 10 West Mifflin Street.

John joins Wintrust Mortgage with over 38 years of professional mortgage experience. Formerly with M&I Bank in Wisconsin, he has acted as Vice President -Mortgage Banker for the past 29 years.

“John has a long and extensive history of helping customers conquer the complexities of the mortgage process,” said Bob Shield, Executive Vice President of Wintrust Mortgage. “We are thrilled to have one of the most well known mortgage lenders join our team and we are greatly looking forward to benefitting from his insight and energy.”

John has closed $30-70 million of real estate loans per year since 1996 and has been a consistent Top 5 Producer in the Mortgage Department. A Circle of Excellence member since 1998, he has closed over $1 billion in mortgage loans throughout his career.

John is currently serving his seventh year as Treasurer of the Housing Foundation Home Start Program and has been an Easter Seals Fundraiser Volunteer since 2004. Previously, he was a Mortgage Lending Instructor of the American Institute of Banking, where he also served as President from 1988-1990.
