Town Bank Adds Jon Mariano and Gregory Ploch to Their Banking Team
Hartland, WI - Town Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jon G. Mariano and Gregory A. Ploch, both as Vice Presidents – Commercial Banking. Mariano will operate out of the bank’s Milwaukee office and Ploch will operate out of their Hartland location.
Mariano joins from Town Bank’s affiliate, Barrington Bank & Trust Company, where he was employed since 2003. There, he held various commercial banking positions including most recently as Vice President – Commercial Lending.
Ploch brings over ten years of commercial banking experience to Town Bank. He began his career with U.S. Bank then joined JP Morgan Chase in 2004 as a Relationship Manager. Active in the community, Ploch has served on a number of non-profit boards and is active in the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce.

Mariano graduated from Marquette University at Milwaukee, WI with a BS in Finance. Married in 2009, he and his wife, Stephanie, recently chose to reside in Wisconsin. Ploch graduated from Cornell College at Mt. Vernon, IA, with a BSS in Psychology and from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Whitewater, WI, with an MBA in Finance.
