Protect Your Family Against Identity Theft at Town Bank’s Free Shredding Event

Hartland, WI (May 27, 2008) – To help safeguard local families against the possibility of identity theft, Town Bank’s Hartland and Elm Grove locations will host a free community shredding event from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 31, 2008.

Open to the entire community, Town Bank’s second annual free community shredding event is completely free of charge.  To participate, attendees must stop by the bank and pick up a coupon good for up to three boxes of paper.

“Town Bank is very pleased to offer its neighbors and friends the opportunity to shred sensitive documents in such an easy way,” said Jay Mack, President and CEO of Town Bank.  “Shielding our customers from identity theft and fraud has always been a major priority for us.”

Town Bank encourages the community to sit back, relax and enjoy coffee and donuts while they make all personal documents disappear.

The banks contracted with their shredding company to bring industrial shredding trucks to two locations: Town Bank of Hartland’s parking lot (850 W. North Shore Dr.) and Town Bank of Elm Grove’s parking lot (13150 Watertown Plank Rd.).
