Position Title: Commercial Banking Officer - Madison
Location: Madison, WI Office
Reports to: Market Chairman/Madison

Responsibilities
There is an immediate opening for a full-time (up to 45 hrs/wk) Commercial Banking Officer at our Madison, WI office. This position will provide commercial lending support that enhances the bank’s loan portfolio including: underwriting and analyzing credit data to estimate degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to firms, while complying with ban king and lending regulations, and contributing to the attainment of the bank’s revenue and profitability targets. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: complete loan presentation underwriting of new and renewing commercial and commercial real estate loan requests; continuously monitor loan performance by reviewing ongoing financial condition, compliance with loan policy, advance ratios and collateral values; track borrower compliance with loan covenants; evaluate results of investigations, prepare reports of findings, and suggest credit limitations to management; review and prepare loan package and documentation ensuring compliance with loan approval and bank policy; manage new and existing key account relationships (portfolio management) on behalf of the bank based on established goals and objectives; participate on calls with lenders to prospective and current client establishments; update and maintain Contact Management System (CRM); and maintain and update loan files, including assist with financial tracking, review and administer various lender/officer reports, and regularly interface with bank staff to identify and resolve client’s concerns and/or requests.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in finance or business administration required; with
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive commercial banking experience required, including related credit analysis experience in banking; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Working knowledge of commercial lending credit-related practices, as well as intermediate-to-advanced skill level in spreadsheet and word processing software application;
  • Strong aptitude to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations; and use reason even when dealing with emotional topics;
  • Analyze complete and diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data;
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment; includes appropriate people in decision making process; and
  • Ability to handle multiple projects; communicate changes and progress.

Position Title: Concierge Banking Services Officer (Req. #465 LkGnv)
Location: Lake Geneva (Broad St.), WI Office
Reports To: VP, Retail Management

Responsibilities: There are two openings for a full-time Concierge Banking Services Officer at our Lake Geneva (Broad Street), WI office. This position will triage all incoming calls resolving customer banking related issues and answering questions. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide on-going relationship servicing with current clients to maintain good-will and gain additional business
  • Resolve client questions and complaints
  • Evaluate needs of potential clients and offer appropriate financial products and services
  • Coordinate and assist in resolving deposit, loan, treasury management and other related issues in response to client inquiries
  • Generate new business to assist in meeting bank’s profitability goals
  • Qualify for, register and maintain mortgage lending originator (MLO) status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) according to the SAFE Act

Qualifications:

  • Education generally equivalent to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or business administration; and 2-3 years of progressive banking experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced telephone environment

Responsibilities: There is an immediate opening for a full-time Commercial Services Assistant for the bank’s Clinton office. This position will provide administrative support to the bank’s agriculture lenders/officers; as well as act as bank-liaison with its prospective customers and existing clients and coordinate special bank events and activities, including interfacing with the bank’s headquarters, and its respective departments. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: processing a broad range of loan servicing requests, including Farm Service Agency (FSA) loan guarantees, finalizing mortgage loans, reviewing entity documents, monitoring various reports and backing up all office team members. This role will provide exceptional ongoing relationship servicing with the bank’s existing clients to maintain goodwill; and in cooperation with the bank’s commercial lending team, provide administrative support, including performing research and problem solving to assist with client inquiries; and preparing documents for meetings, client events, etc.

Qualifications:
