Sandy Cicero
Sandy Cicero was an executive from M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, now known as BMO Harris Bank, where he spent 40 years holding various positions. He retired as senior vice president and regional market head in 2013.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, he also attended the Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin – Madison and the Graduate School of Commercial Banking at the University of Oklahoma.
He is the chairman of the board of directors of Badger Mutual Insurance Company and also served as a board director of COA Youth & Family Centers.
